The home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom pool home which was completed in the fall of 2008. The home is in the center of the sub division so traffic noise is minimal. The sub division is only 3 years old and has community 'open' areas and a playpark.

As you arrive at the home you will be greeted with the immaculate frontage, lawn and driveway. There is a bench which is the perfect place for reading or watching the world go by.

The home boasts an open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor together with a half bathroom, utility and games room (garage). The 4 bedrooms (master en-suite), family bathroom and reading area are located on the first floor.

The main living has a large sofa, which is also a sofabed, and a love seat. There is also a 47" HD television with full cable package and a DVD player. The wireless connection is also located in this area.

The dining and second living area has a large round dining table which seats 6 people. There is also a corner sofa which doubles as a sofa bed.

The kitchen area is oversized for the average vacation villa and has the advantage of a cook top plus a double conventional oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances you would expect in a vacation villa and more. The large kitchen dining area is ideal for entertaining especially as it has access to the pool and deck area.

The pool and deck area are again larger than the average vacation villa allocation. The pool is engulfed in sunshine for the majority of the day. There are ample sun loungers and outside seating for relaxing by the pool plus a patio table and chairs suitably placed in the shade for al fresco dining and with easy access to the kitchen. The pool can be electrically heated (for an additional charge) for use in the winter sun.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a rotating pool and air hockey table plus a darts board. A sofa and bar stools have been added for guests wanting an audience whilst playing the important play off games!

The bedrooms are accessed via a stairwell. The stairs open up to a bright landing with a reading and games area. There are lots of books and games to help those wanting to relax. There is also a linen cupboard with towels for each guest.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a large walk in closet, 37" HD television and a DVD player.The en-suite comprises of dual sinks, a deep bath, shower cubicle and toilet. Given the elevated position, the theme parks can be viewed in the distance from the master bedroom windows. An ideal spot to watch the night time fireworks.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in closet, television and DVD player. The third bedroom has a full bed, built in closet, television and DVD player. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, a wardrobe, television and DVD player.

The family bathroom has a toilet, dual sinks and a bath with over head shower.

The overall appearance of the home is bright airy and allows maximum relaxation for guests.
