Our almost new home built in 2003 has upgraded furniture/fittings, own pool/jacuzzi, and an aircon Games room. Emerald Island Resort is 5 minutes from Disney so you can 'pop home' for a quick meal or rest before heading back for more fun.The clubhouse is also nearby with fabulous facilities.

Our luxury villa is located at the gated community of Emerald Island Resort which is surrounded by lush Florida vegetation and is one of the latest up-market full-facility resorts to hit the Disney area. The winding palm-lined road that leads to the impressive colonnaded entry to the resort, gives a taste of what's inside. Emerald Island Resort is located less than 3 miles from Disney, making it one of the closest resorts to Disney. Within a one minute drive or a short walk, you will reach the 192, which has many shops and restaurants to enjoy.
The house, in this secure gated and guarded community, is ideally located to make convenient use of the clubhouse facilities which include a games room, fitness room, steam/sauna room, cyber cafe,Tiki bar, cable TV and large communal pool and play area. There are tennis courts, sand volleyball and a 11 acre Nature trail too for walking, jogging or biking..There is also a conciege service to provide information and attraction tickets as well as a shuttle service to the parks (at reasonable cost) for those who prefer not to drive. Our 4 bedroom/3 bath home, with a 2 car garage, is beautifully furnished, fully air conditioned and has a South facing private screened and heated pool-spa.There is a covered lanai in the deck area with luxury pool deck furniture consisting of a large patio table and ample chairs.For entertainment there are cable TV's, DVD, VHS-VCR, stereo system, board games, books, Play Station 2 and an X box for both children and adults to enjoy! Sleeping accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 master en-suites with one king size and one queen size bed, both rooms with walk-in closets. The further 2 twin bedrooms and a queensleeper sofa complete the accommodation for 10 people comfortably. There is a formal dining area, family room, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area. The family room has French patio doors that lead on to the pool deck area with a covered lanai. There is also a third bathroom and a separate utility area with washer and dryer. For your convenience, all towels and linen are provided as is cookware and utensils etc. The Island offers the luxury and privacy of a gated resort lifestyle in a secluded and tranquil location, yet Disney, the most famous destination for families visiting Orlando, is just a few minutes away.
