Our 6 bedroom villa on the prestigious 'Enclave' provides luxury with a capital L. In a prime position overlooking conservation area the house has over 3600 feet of luxurious air conditioned accommodation set over two stories - perfect for large family groups.
All six bedrooms - 3 Twin, 2 King and 1 Queen - have bathrooms. The ground floor Queen bedroom is suitable for less able guests.
The first floor entertainment area with 53'' tv and PS2 is ideal for film & games addicts. A games room, plus family room with 65'' tv provide more options for relaxation.. The den has answerphone and fax plus desk area. Wifi broadband is installed.
The upgraded kitchen (dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, microwave, fridge with filtered water/ice maker) provides everything necessary for self catering. Useful laundry room & cloakroom off the kitchen.
Formal dining area. Extended pooldeck has heated pool & spa with conservation views. Loungers, tables & chairs provided for al fresco dining with huge lanai providing welcome shade from the sun.

- Damage deposit ($500) is required with final payment.
- Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
- Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
