Our magnificent 4 bedroom, 2. bathroom Executive villa sleeps a maximum of 8 persons. It boasts a South facing private enclosed swimming pool and an extended sun deck with many luxury upgrades.

The view from the pool, lounge and master bedroom is quite stunning. Looking South along the full length of the lake with a conservation area along the whole of the East side of the lake, you are able to observe many varieties of wildlife that have taken up residence here like Heron, Stork, Fish, Eagle, Crane, Egret, Duck and 0tters etc along with the abundance of different fish within the lake that you are allowed to fish in.

Set in the brand new Kissimmee Executive Vacation Home Development of Eagle Point Resort, a secluded enclave, for peace of mind, and includes the following communal facilities, tot lot play park, BBQ area and nature trails and cycle track through the trees that surround it, it is a true sanctuary for many local birds + animals.
