Disabled/Handicapped Access: the house has handicapped resp. wheelchair access to the ground floor. Removable ramps will be provided for all steps on ground floor.
The villa has 2 master bedrooms - both with en-suite bathrooms and two guest bedrooms which share one en-suite bathroom. The villa is fully air conditioned.

- Damage deposit ($500) is required with final payment.
- Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
- Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
