Marbella South has been developed with family holidays in mind. Careful thought has gone into creating a home that you will not only feel comfortable in but will give you plenty of room for your entire family.
This five bedroom, three and half bathroom home has a Bimini Floor Plan. The front door opens onto a formal dining area that will seat 6 people, there is also a desk for you to sit at if you need to catch up on emails. The floor plan is then separated by the stairs leading to the upper level. This creates a good division whilst still allowing the home to have the open plan feel, so popular to this area. The kitchen provides every modern appliance you will need during your vacation, should you decide to eat at home and offers an additional eating area for more informal dining just to the side in the nook area. The family living room at the rear of the villa has comfortable sofas, LCD wall mounted TV & DVD player and looks out onto the pool area through large glass doors that create the ‘wall’ at the back of the house. Also in the living area is a PS2 with about 40 games for your use. A powder bathroom is located opposite the rear exit door for easy access during the days at home - in & out of the pool. The master bedroom is located on the ground level & has a king-sized bed, LCD TV and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, tub, double sinks and separate toilet. The upstairs of the villa gives you the remaining 4 bedrooms – 2 queen beds & 2 rooms with twin beds, two of these rooms have LCD TVs. 2 more bathrooms are situated between the rooms. Your private pool has a spa too providing you a relaxing experience, whether it's sunbathing or just enjoying the outdoors & watching your family enjoy the delightful pool. There is a table for dining outside, plenty of chairs and loungers to enable you to sit and relax. Marbella South is a brand new development located in the Davenport area of Central Florida, in Polk County. It can be found well off the beaten track of the US Highway 27 but close enough to reach all the fun things you want to do when you are here. Located just 5 miles south of the Interstate 4, Marbella South is ideally situated for all directions you may wish to travel in Florida. Tampa is less than an hour and a half away & the Space Coast can be reached in 2 hours. International Drive & it’s array of night life, restaurants and shopping malls is about 25 minutes away but with the new commercial development of Posner Park under way adjacent to the I-4 on Hwy 27 you have no need to look further for all those bargains to take home. Walmart is also close by, less than 5 minutes down the road in the opposite direction – certainly the place to take the family! Rates/night, in USD include tax:
