What a view. The golf course and behind it a farm. What a patio. Huge, with shadow and sun, plenty of seats for everyone. What a house. Tiles and wood floors all over the place (except 2 bedrooms). A exclusive vacation home!

The patio is huge! the covered area seats easily 8 persons, its all about having space.

42" LCD 1080p TV in living room with Dolby surround and DVD, extra kids corner in second living area with own TV, this house just has it all. There is a total of 4 TV's in the villa.

Second living room with 42" LCD 1080p TV, DVD and Wii for some fun.

Huge dining room for a great dinner, selfmade or takeout:)

Bedrooms
Master bedroom with Kingsize bed, own bath and 26" LCD TV, own door to the pool patio. This bath can also be used as pool bath.

2nd bedroom with queen bed.
3rd bedroom with 2 twins
4rh bedroom with 2 twins and the 4th TV

Live on golf course, in a gated, guarded community, tennis courts are down the street, walk or jogg on 10 miles of walking trails, relax in this quiet place after a busy day at the parks. We as the owner live just down the street and can always help if something special is needed:)

Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
