Our 4 bed, 4 bath home is set on the prestigious new development of The Abbey at West Haven. We are on CR54, between I4 and US27, some 12 minutes south of Walt Disney World and just 2 minutes from the massive Champions Gate Golf Complex.
The Abbey is set on one of the highest points in central Florida and overlooks trees, orange groves and conservation areas. On a clear night you can see the fireworks from Epcot. The rural setting means you are close enough to reach comforts such as McDonalds, Publix supermarket, Chinese restaurants and Pizzas within 5 minutes drive, yet your night time sounds will consist of the crickets and bullfrogs in the conservation area, and the sound of water burbling from the jacuzzi into the swimming pool. The Abbey has been finished beautifully with smart block paving and Victorian style wrought-iron street lamps. A long drive leads past spacious homes down to a circular cul de sac where you will find our villa. The plots are larger than most in central Florida, and our particular home benefits from extended decking (to catch the sun all day long); an extended pool; and a spa with views over the conservation area and lakes. The villa is set in a secluded, raised, location in a cul-de-sac on a private, gated, community. We are about 12 minutes south-west of Walt Disney World but just minutes from the I-4 which gives quick access to all the major parks and attractions such as Universal, Sea-World and Busch Gardens plus other smaller ones such as Gatorland, The Holy Land Experience, Wonderworks etc. We are also right next to the brand new, world-class ChampionsGate golf complex, which includes 2 courses designed by Greg Norman and is also the home of David Leadbetter's Golf Academy. There are many more top golf courses within 30 minutes drive - so if you are a golfer then you are in for a real treat! Amenities
