Our property is a 5 bed 4 bath single storey detached short term rental villa.

The villa is comprising of 3 master bedrooms (2 kings,1 queen) all with ensuite facilities, 2 with pool view and 2 twin bedrooms one with Spongebob theme and Playstation 2 with games and one with Mickey Mouse theme and both have coordinating tv's.

In addition to this the twin rooms have a roll out bed in each so can sleep up to 3 people and share a delightful sea themed bathroom.

The lounge has 2 separate dining areas (a formal dining area and breakfast nook) that seats 12 people in comfort.

The very spacious family room has a vaulted ceiling and is overlooking the pool area and has a huge 56 inch HD ready TV and dvd player.

A bed settee in the lounge which can be used as a queen size spare bed if needed.

Private pool and spa with extended pool deck which due to it's great location on the resort is not overlooked from the back and benefits from the sun morning until late afternoon.

Kitchen with fridge/ice/water maker. dishwasher, hob, oven. waste disposal, microwave, oven and all crockery utensils and small electrical appliances.

Additional Information:

25% (minimum $300.00) deposit required to secure booking. Deposit non-refundable if you cancel.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date will render the booking void with loss of deposit.
Damage deposit ($500) is required with final payment.
Check in 4 p.m. Check out 10 a.m. Early check ins or late check outs require prior approval.
Cancellation charges: More than 8 weeks before arrival: deposit only, 8 weeks or less: Full amount.
