Everything that you need to VACATION is right here in this vacation home!!!! This home has plenty of room to spread out and has large size rooms. You will have complete privacy at the pool and lanai.
THIS HOME HAS IT ALL!!! The pool and spa face south for maximum sun exposure. Outside the pool area is a row of palm trees that complement the open view. White PVC fencing has been installed along each side of the house. Together with a shorter PVC post fence along the back of the property, you can have privacy without interfering with the view. Inside of the home you'll find such things as a game room equipped with a large professional pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, tv, and poker table. You will find quality and comfort in every room and at every turn throughout the home. In the family room a large 60-inch TV and Bose entertainment system awaits you after a long day at the parks or hanging around the pool. Ceramic tiled floors can be found in every room but the bedrooms which feature carpeting. All bedrooms are very good size and the master on the main floor has a king bed and sliders leading to pool and lanai area. There are four bedrooms upstairs with a second master suite and 2 more bathrooms. Our villa is located just north of I4 and US27. This is one of the best locations you will find in the Orlando area. It isn't a congested area and it is 1 mile from I4 that takes you anywhere in the Orlando area. We are approximately 15 minutes to Disney and many of the other theme parks are within 30 minutes. We are 1 hour to either coast. A perfect place to relax and enjoy! Did you say GOLF??? Our wonderful villa is located just minutes from numerous championship golf courses, Southern Dunes, Champions Gate, all the Disney courses, Orange County National(Crooked Cat and Panther Lake), just to name a few. We are 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 45 min to an hour from Stanford International Airport. You can drive to Wal-Mart, Publix grocery store, dining and the New Posner Park shopping center (600,000 sq ft retail shopping center) within minutes. Amenities
