This brand new villa was only completed in feb 2009 and is situated in one of the most sought after gated resorts in Orlando. It has 6 beds, 4 ½ bathrooms and a dazzling private pool & jacuzzi overlooking a secluded lake.

The villa is no more than 20 minutes drive from all the Disney attractions, water parks & entertainment, yet is placed in a tranquil woodland setting away from the hustle & bustle of Orlando. It is an ideal destination for holidaymakers who want easy access to all that Disney has to offer, while also having a luxurious & peaceful home to return to in the evening.

There has been no expense spared with this villa, comprising of 2 master suites, one with a 4 poster bed, 2 plush double suites, 1 twin and 1 Harry Potter themed kids room. There is a fully equiped games room, lavishly furnished living spaces & sunbathing areas by the uniquely styled pool & jacuzzi.

The Watersong resort offers a strikingly scenic setting for a special holiday. As you enter through the charming gatehouse, you will feel the harmony that living close to nature brings. Water conservation areas and luscious greenery around the community creates a peaceful home environment. An elaborate, spacious 6,700 sqft clubhouse, only 2 minutes walk away, encompasses a cyber café for all your internet needs, a fitness center and a large inviting gathering room. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a resort style pool, picnic area, children’s playground, and basketball and volleyball courts.

Pool/Patio area

You can put your feet up and chill out properly in the terracota styled pool area. There’s an over sized West facing pool and Jacuzzi that over looks the Lake, several sun loungers and chairs & an outside shower to cool off. All of this while admiring the stunning views across the natural lake & woodland.

Family Room

This contemporary styled room has a large leather ‘L’ shaped sofa to relax on, while enjoying the large screen LCD TV or the view of the pool and picturesque lake behind. There is also an entertainment centre including games console with numerous games to keep the little ones amused.

Kitchen

The kitchen boasts all the appliances and equipment you will need to make the most of your self catering holiday, including Whirlpool fridge freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, large oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery & double sink with waste disposal.

Stocked with automatic washing machine and separate drier, ironing board and iron & ample storage.

Dining Area

This is a place where all the family can gather to share a meal at the end of the day in elegant surroundings. There is a large dining table which will seat 8 people comfortably.

A modern styled grand bedroom with a king size four poster bed, walk in wardrobe & a deluxe en suite with walk in shower, corner bath & double sink . There is also an LCD TV so you can enjoy time away from the crowd!

Master Suite 2 (first floor)

The second master suite is equally as impressive with a large walk in wardrobe and spacious en suite. The deluxe king size bed, LCD TV & cool decor add to the distinctive style of the room.

Bedroom 3

This sizeable room features a queen bed, chest of drawers and cabinet set, substantial wardrobe, LCD TV and shares a fully equipped bathroom with bedroom 5.

Bedroom 4

The older kids in the party will be well at home in this room with its twin single beds, LCD TV and modern design. It shares a bathroom with the other kid’s bedroom.

Bedroom 5

Another elegantly furnished room with a queen size bed set & co-ordinated furniture. It enjoys an airy wardrobe, LCD TV and shares a sumptuous bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 6

The younger children will fall in love with this Harry Potter themed bunk bedded room. It contains matching themed furniture, LCD TV and shares a bathroom with the other children’s room.

Landing

All the family will be able to keep up with their Facebook blogs throughout the holiday with the office facilities in the landing area. There’s broadband internet, a writing desk & comfy chairs to unwind in.
